Attention ARDS Community:

Online Survey for ARDS Patients Currently or Recently Hospitalized

 Three dozen doctors looking at novel ways to try to improve the care of ARDS patients. 

They have a short survey of questions and would like to learn from the illness and from you. 

They, and ARDS Foundation would appreciate your voluntary participation in this survey and if you would like to learn the results, please include. 

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and if your loved one is currently hospitalized, you can fill this survey out twice a week during the hospitalization.
